Artículo Noveno. Retiro de personal por voluntad de la Dirección General del instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario INPEC. Por razones del servicio y en forma discrecional, la Dirección General del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario -INPEC- podrá disponer el retiro de miembros del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria Nacional, previa recomendación del Cómite Asesor de la Dirección General, que se crea por este decreto.
