En cada establecimiento de reclusión los miembros del Cuerpo e Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria Nacional, están bajo la inmediata dependencia del director, del comandante de custodia y vigilancia y los demás superiores jerárquicos de la guardia penitenciaria.
