Además de las funciones que de acuerdo con la ley le corresponden, la Red de Solidaridad Social podrá adelantar los proyectos necesarios para la rehabilitación de la zona afectada por el terremoto y para la atención de los derechos fundamentales de los habitantes de la misma.
