Garantías a titularizaciones. El Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras podrá otorgar garantías a las titularizaciones de los contratos de crédito hipotecario que se celebren en desarrollo del presente decreto. En todo caso el Fondo garantizará las titularizaciones de los créditos de vivienda a que hacen referencia el literal a), numerales 1, 2.1 y 2.2 del artículo 1º de este decreto.
