º . Transferencia de inmuebles. Los inmuebles que las entidades públicas posean podrán ser transferidos para desarrollar programas de vivienda de interés social a título de subsidio en especie que se efectúen a favor de las personas afectadas por el terremoto ocurrido en el eje cafetero el 25 de enero de 1999. Para los efectos de este artículo entiéndese por personas afectadas aquellas que figuren en el censo realizado por la Red de Solidaridad Social.
