En caso de improbación del acuerdo conciliatorio o no aceptación de la transacción o imposibilidad de cumplir lo acordado u ordenado judicialmente, y cuya ejecución se hubiere iniciado, el Juez o Corporación competente ordenará las restituciones, devoluciones o ejecución de garantías que correspondan, autorizará descuentos o compensaciones, o cualquier otra medida que sea necesaria para las cosas vuelvan al estado anterior a la ejecución del acuerdo.
