Artículo octavo. Corresponde a la Secretaria de Recursos Naturales, Ganadería y Agricultura las siguientes funciones: a) planificar y programar los servicios de fomento y extensión agropecuaria. b) Desarrollar los programas del sector. c) Coordinar las entidades públicas y privadas que adelanten programas afines. d) Realizar estudios sobre el desarrollo del sector agropecuario y la utilización y conservación de los recursos naturales renovables. e) las demás que le señale el Intendente.
