Artículo séptimo . La Secretaria de Educación cumplirá las siguientes funciones: a) Planificar y programar los servicios de fomento y extensión agropecuaria. b) hacer cumplir las normas legales sobre educación y velar por la correcta utilización de los recursos destinados a tal fin. c) Elaborar planes y programas sobre educación, capacitación y formación para el Territorio, en coordinación con el Ministerio de Educación. d) Coordinar programas que desarrollen otras entidades, tanto públicas como privadas que adelantan programas afines.
