Modifícase el literal b) del artículo 7° del Decreto 4334 de 2008, el cual quedará así: b) La declaratoria de simulación revocatoria y reconocimiento de ineficacia de actos y negocios jurídicos celebrados con antelación a la toma de posesión, las que se surtirán mediante el trámite incidental consagrado en el artículo 137 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, en lo pertinente. Esta decisión también tendrá el carácter señalado en el artículo 17 del Decreto 4705 de 2008.
