Medidas sanitarias. Las autoridades sanitarias del nivel nacional y/o territorial y todas aquéllas que, de acuerdo con la ley, ejerzan funciones de vigilancia y control sanitarios, con el fin de prevenir y controlar enfermedades y factores de riesgo producidos, como consecuencia del fenómeno de La Niña, deben adoptar las medidas sanitarias necesarias de carácter preventivo, de seguridad y control, en especial, las establecidas en el artículo 41 del Decreto 3518 de 2006 e informar oportunamente al Sistema de Vigilancia en Salud Pública.
