Defensa de quien no presenta descargos. Si el investigado no presentare escrito de descargos se dejará constancia en este sentido y de inmediato se le designará un apoderado de oficio para que lo represente en el trámite del procedimiento disciplinario. En este evento, el apoderado de oficio únicamente podrá rendir descargos, si el correspondiente auto de cargos fue notificado por estado.
