Archivo provisional. Cumplido el término de evaluación si no existe mérito para proferir auto de cargos o de archivo definitivo, se ordenará el archivo provisional. Una vez se produzca la decisión de archivo definitivo o provisional, el funcionario del conocimiento remitirá inmediatamente la providencia al funcionario competente para su eventual revisión selectiva.
