Práctica de pruebas. Dentro de los dos (2) días siguientes al vencimiento del término señalado en el inciso segundo del artículo anterior, el jefe inmediato practicará las pruebas solicitadas, si las considera conducentes y pertinentes, y las de oficio que estime necesarias.
