Facultades en la indagación preliminar. Para el cumplimiento de los fines de la indagación preliminar, el funcionario competente hará uso de los medios de prueba legalmente reconocidos y podrá oír en versión libre y espontánea al servidor público que considere necesario para determinar la individualización o identificación de los intervinientes en el hecho investigado.
