Petición de pruebas. El investigado o su apoderado, a partir de la indagación preliminar, podrá pedir la práctica de las pruebas que estime conducentes o aportarlas. Cuando las pruebas sean allegadas o aportadas por el investigado, sólo se incorporarán al procedimiento previo auto que estime su conducencia o pertinencia.
