Solicitud. Podrán proponerse causales de nulidad hasta antes de proferirse el fallo definitivo. En la respectiva solicitud se precisará la causal invocada y se expondrán las razones que la sustenten. Unicamente se podrá formular otra solicitud de nulidad por causal diferente o por hechos posteriores. Contra la providencia que decide sobre la solicitud de nulidad no procederá recurso alguno.
