Oportunidad para interponerlos. Los recursos se podrán interponer y deberán sustentarse, dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a la fecha de la notificación de la respectiva providencia. La no sustentación, tratándose del de reposición, conllevará que el recurso se declare desierto; si es el de apelación éste no se concederá, y si se trata del de queja se desechará.
