Notificación por estado. Transcurrido el término de que trata el último inciso del artículo anterior sin que compareciere el interesado o sin que se hubiere efectuado la notificación personal, se notificará la providencia mediante fijación de estado en la Secretaría correspondiente por el término de un (1) día.
