Concepto. Constituye falta disciplinaria y por lo tanto da lugar a acción e imposición de la sanción correspondiente: el incumplimiento de los deberes, el abuso o extralimitación de los derechos y funciones, la incursión en prohibiciones, impedimentos, inhabilidades y conflictos de intereses, o en las causales previstas en el artículo 34 de este decreto.
