º . Prescripción de la Acción Disciplinaria. La acción disciplinaria deberá iniciarse dentro de los cinco (5) años siguientes a la ocurrencia de los hechos materia de investigación, cuando se trate de faltas instantáneas; frente a las faltas sucesivas, el término se contará a partir de la realización del último acto.
