º . Guarda de la Identidad del Quejoso o Informante. Si el quejoso o informante solicita expresamente la guarda de su identidad, se le recepcionará su queja o informe y las pruebas respectivas, y en lugar de los generales de ley se le asignará un número consecutivo. Con dicho número se registrarán privadamente los datos de identificación del quejoso.
