El Cuerpo Especial de Policía de Recreación y Deportes será debidamente capacitado para el cumplimiento de sus funciones, atendiendo los objetivos generales y los principios fundamentales de la Ley 181 de 1995. Para el efecto el Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, Coldeportes, podrá celebrar los convenios que sean necesarios.
