Una vez que los herederos del doctor Gaitán hayan entregado los originales de su obra científica, el Ministerio de Educación hará los arreglos correspondientes para pagar la propiedad intelectual y publicar la obra, que será repartida por conducto del mismo Ministerio, en la forma y dentro de las condiciones establecidas para las publicaciones oficiales.
