°. El Ministerio de Educación procederá a entregar al Síndico de la Universidad Nacional los seis mil pesos. ($ 6.000), valor del premio en el año de 1949. El Síndico queda obligado a constituir con esa suma un depósito especial en el Banco de la República. Una vez adjudicado el premio, el Banco pagará el valor del depósito al concursante ganador, mediante orden que, además, visarán el Rector de la Universidad Nacional y el Decano de la Facultad Nacional de Derecho. Esto mismo se cumplirá cada año.
