La biblioteca del doctor Jorge Eliécer Gaitán, así como los muebles que fueron de su uso personal, y los diplomas, condecoraciones y demás títulos honoríficos que se le otorgaron en vida, serán conservados en la casa. El Ministerio de Educación tomará todas las medidas necesarias para que tales objetos puedan quedar a la vista del público, sin menoscabo ni deterioro.
