º Al incumplimiento de la obligación de liquidar y pagar la contribución especial para el restablecimiento del orden público y los anticipos de la misma, se le aplicará el régimen sancionatorio establecido en el Estatuto Tributario, con sujeción al procedimiento allí consagrado, para lo cual la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales ejercerá el correspondiente control.
