Artículo cuarto. La Resolución de que trata el artículo anterior es aplicable, para el solo efecto de que se ventile la estimación hecha por la Aduana del valor de la mercancía y su consiguiente retención, para ante el respectivo Juez de Aduanas, y la decisión de éste para ante el Tribunal Supremo. La decisión del propio Juez, en todo caso, está sujeta a consulta.
