Artículo segundo. Por cada paquete aeroexpreso debe presentarse el respectivo manifiesto. No obstante pueden agruparse en este documento varios paquetes, siempre que procedan de un mismo despachador para un mismo destinatario. Cuando el valor total de la agrupación de los diversos aeroexpresos exceda de $ 50 moneda corriente, es indispensable la licencia de importación previa y la factura consular.
