° La Junta Directiva del Fondo Cooperativo Nacional, establecida por el artículo 2° del Decreto 1175 de 1944, quedará integrada así: por el Ministro del Trabajo, y en su defecto, por el Secretario General del Ministerio, quien la presidirá; por el Superintendente Nacional de Cooperativas; por el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del mismo Ministerio; por el Superintendente Delegado de Cooperativas, y por el Asesor Jurídico de la Superintendencia.
