Salvo decisión en contrario, aprobada por el setenta por ciento (70%) de las acciones representadas en la reunión respectiva, deberá distribuirse entre los accionistas no menos del cincuenta por ciento (50%) de las utilidades líquidas obtenidas en cada ejercicio, o del saldo de las mismas si hay que enjugar con ellas pérdidas de ejercicios anteriores.
