La sociedad tendrá un Revisor Fiscal que será elegido por la Asamblea General de Accionistas, con un suplente que reemplazará al principal en sus faltas ocasionales o absolutas. La elección será para períodos de dos (2) años, sin perjuicio de que la misma Asamblea pueda proceder a su remoción en cualquier tiempo, y su remuneración será fijada anualmente por la Asamblea. La Junta Directiva de la sociedad, a su vez, podrá designar un Auditor Externo, al cual se le aplicarán las incompatibilidades previstas en estos estatutos para la Revisoría Fiscal. Dicha designación podrá recaer sobre una persona jurídica.
