Las sucursales y agencias son administradas, respectivamente, por Gerentes y Directores de libre nombramiento y remoción del Presidente de la sociedad, quien también nombrará los Subgerentes, de las sucursales. Las limitaciones de las facultades de los administradores de las sucursales serán determinadas en el acto de nombramiento, conforme a lo que disponga la Junta Directiva, cuya copia será inscrita en el Registro Público de Comercio.
