La Junta Directiva se reunirá en forma ordinaria y por derecho propio por lo menos una vez al mes, en el día, hora y lugar del domicilio social indicado en la convocatoria de su Presidente; se reunirá también en forma extraordinaria cuando sea convocada por el Presidente de la sociedad o por el Revisor Fiscal, o por el Presidente de la misma Junta Directiva, o cuando a éste lo soliciten no menos de dos (2) miembros que estén actuando.
