Los miembros de la Junta Directiva, principales y suplentes, serán elegidos por la Asamblea General de Accionistas, para períodos de dos años y unos y otros podrán ser reelegidos sucesivamente. El período de los Directores se contará desde el día siguiente al de su elección sin que por ello se invaliden los actos o decisiones de los directores salientes mientras los nuevos nombrados no tomen posesión de sus cargos ante el Superintendente Bancario.
