La totalidad de los accionistas, personal o debidamente representados, podrán constituirse en Asamblea General en cualquier fecha y en cualquier lugar, sin necesidad de convocación especial. En estas reuniones podrán tratarse y decidirse toda clase de asuntos de competencia de la Asamblea.
