Las acciones serán indivisibles respecto de la sociedad; cuando por cualquier causa legal o convencional una o varias acciones lleguen a pertenecer a un número plural de personas, la sociedad hará la inscripción a nombre de todas ellas y éstas deberán designar un representante común y único ante la sociedad para el ejercicio de los derechos correspondientes a la calidad de accionistas. A falta de acuerdo y en caso de sucesiones ilíquidas, la designación del representante se hará en la forma prevista en el artículo 378 del Código de Comercio.
