La duración de la sociedad será hasta el 30 de junio del año 2050, sin perjuicio de la autorización que otorga el Superintendente Bancario para efectuar negocios bancarios, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 29 de la Ley 45 de 1923, y de prórrogas o disoluciones anticipadas, las cuales tendrán lugar de acuerdo con las leyes vigentes en el momento de la prórroga o disolución respectiva.
