°. El establecimiento bancario que se regula mediante los presentes estatutos se denomina Banco del Comercio S. A., entidad constituida de conformidad con la Escritura pública número 3301 del 19 de noviembre de 1948 de la Notaría Primera del Círculo de Bogotá. Conjunta o separadamente de su denominación social, podrá utilizar también la expresión Bancomercio, sin perjuicio del uso de signos distintivos previamente autorizados por la Junta Directiva del Banco y que, de acuerdo con la ley, sean aptos para identificar sus establecimientos de comercio y los servicios que preste en desarrollo de su objeto social.
