ARTICULO 2 o. El Gobierno Nacional y el Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, suscribirán los documentos necesarios para dar por terminado el contrato celebrado entre las mismas partes y contenido en la Escritura Pública número 1753 de abril 2 de 1970 de la Notaría Séptima del Circuito Notarial de Bogotá, en virtud de la autorización prevista en el artículo 4º. de la Ley 41 de 1968. La terminación y liquidación del contrato se someterá las disposiciones allí contenidas.
