º Los Consejeros Intendenciales y Comisariales tienen derecho a percibir, con cargo a los respectivos presupuestos de las Intendencias Nacionales de Arauca, Casanare y Putumayo y las Comisarías Especiales de Amazonas, Guainía, Guaviare, Vaupés y Vichada, la suma de quince mil pesos ($ 15.000), moneda corriente, por su asistencia a cada sesión, celebrada durante el período ordinario o extraordinario, siempre que las sesiones se celebren en días diferentes.
