º En desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el inciso c) del artículo 5º de la Ley 22 de 1985 y del

Parágrafo

del artículo 16 del Decreto-ley 468 de 1986, para la aprobación o improbación por parte del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarias "Dainco", señálanse las cuantías de los contratos celebrados por las Intendencias y sus entidades descentralizadas en nueve millones doscientos once mil quinientos treinta y tres pesos ($9.211.533.00) moneda corriente y, en cinco millones quinientos veintiséis mil novecientos veinte pesos ($5.526.920.00) para las Comisarías y sus entidades descentralizadas.
