º. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, suspende las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y mantiene su vigencia durante el Estado de Conmoción Interior, sin perjuicio de que el Gobierno Nacional la prorrogue según lo previsto en el inciso tercero del artículo 213 de la Constitución Política.
