º. Prohíbese identificar, a través de los servicios de telecomunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo precedente, a quien hubiere presenciado la realización de acciones terroristas o de conductas que puedan constituir delitos de rebelión, sedición, asonada, secuestro, extorsión o narcotráfico, o a quien, por cualquier razón, pudiere aportar pruebas relacionadas con tales hechos. Esta prohibición comprende la revelación del nombre de la persona, la transmisión de su voz, la divulgación de su imagen o la publicación de cualquier otro tipo de informaciones que, de algún modo, puedan conducir a su identificación o ubicación.
