El presente Decreto rige a partir de su promulgación y modifica en lo pertinente el Decreto 250 de 1970. Sustituye y deroga el Decreto 2400 de 1986, excepto los artículos 67, 188 a 194, 201, 206 y 207; los Decretos 1768 y 1373 de 1986 y el Decreto 1190 de 1986, excepto los artículos 2º y 4º.
