La Escuela Judicial comenzará a prestar sus servicios a partir de la provisión de la planta de personal que la conforme, sin perjuicio de que el Consejo Superior de la misma sesione con el objeto de ejercer sus funciones y diseñar los planes, programas y reglamentos tendientes a implementar y poner en marcha su funcionamiento.
