La División de Asistencia a la Rama Jurisdiccional prestar el apoyo técnico, operativo y administrativo, para el adecuado funcionamiento del Consejo Superior de la Administración de Justicia mientras se provee el personal de la Dirección Nacional de la Carrera. Igual servicio prestarán las Direcciones Seccionales de Instrucción Criminal en los Consejos Seccionales de la Carrera, con la colaboración de las secretarías de los respectivos tribunales.
