La competencia que se le asignó al Ministerio de Justicia para inscribir en la carrera a los servidores de la Rama Jurisdiccional de conformidad con disposiciones anteriores, corresponde en adelante a la Corte Suprema de Justicia y al Consejo de Estado en cuanto a sus propios empleados y respectivos magistrados y a los tribunales en cuanto a los jueces y demás empleados. La División de Asistencia a la Rama Jurisdiccional remitirá inmediatamente a las citadas corporaciones las solicitudes recibidas.
