Los funcionarios y empleados que a la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto presentaron oportunamente sus solicitudes de inscripción, podrán ingresar en la carrera judicial previo análisis de los documentos presentados para el efecto, de conformidad con los Decretos 1190 y 2400 de 1986.
