El Consejo Superior de la Escuela Judicial quedara integrado así: --El Ministro de Justicia o su delegado, quien lo presidirá. --Un delegado de la Corte Suprema de Justicia. --Un delegado del Consejo de Estado. --Un delegado del Tribunal Disciplinario. --Un delegado de los funcionarios judiciales. --El Rector de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia o su delegado. --El Director del Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior o su delegado. --El Director de la Escuela Superior de Administración Pública o su delegado. El Director de la Escuela Judicial actuará como Secretario del Consejo.
