La Escuela Judicial tendrá como objetivos la enseñanza, formación y adiestramiento de los funcionarios y empleados y la investigación y difusión de las ciencias jurídicas y de las técnicas requeridas para el desarrollo y perfeccionamiento de las funciones asignadas a la Rama Jurisdiccional y al Ministerio Público.
